Adjustments
We offer manual spinal manipulation which is a method of mobilizing the joints in order to increase motion and decrease pain.
Instrument Assisted Adjusting
If a patient prefers or is a better candidate for instrument-assisted adjusting, we do offer both activator and impulse adjusting. These methods do not have any "popping" of the joint for those who may be nervous about traditional manual adjustments and they do deliver similar results.
